Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Custom handcrafted orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

General shipping: 7–14 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 14–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Please note that all applicable taxes and duties are covered by us and are already included in the product price — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
